Basic description:

The thermal bonded non-woven fabric is polyester fibers through high-temperature hot-rolling to form a web, which is different from another similar machine (chemical bonded machine) that impregnates the non-woven fabric through glue.

The thermal bonded non woven fabric in this way has good surface uniformity and high environmental protection ability because there is no glue.

So the product is using for high-end market,most popular in garment interlining.There are several powder coating machines could cooperate with it,including single dot coating machine,double dot  coating machine,fusible machine,powder dot coating machine and etc.
