KINGREAL 300MM U baffle ceiling roll forming machine is one of our most featuring products. It is our first designed and new developed
machine for the high-end customers such as Hunter Douglas group and etc. The machine can produce the metal baffle up to 300mm height with raw materials thickness up to 1.5mm.
KINGREAL fully automatic U baffle ceiling roll forming equipment is fully automatic computer-controlled type, and the imported rotary encoder
has automatic length detect function.
It takes only one minute to change from one specification to another. The input specification model is automatically converted and input directly.
With the perforated metal strips, this machine can also produce the Acoustic baffle ceiling. The acoustic baffle ceiling with the acoustic fleece is good choice for many high-ends
projects such as airport, railway stations, big halls etc.

STRONG ROLL FORMING MACHINE STRUCTURE KINGREAL machine frame is welded by steel panel to one-piece structure. Then one 30mm thickness panel will be put on the frame after fine processed by the Plano miller. This will ensure the accuracy basic size. Also, it will increase the machine strength to reduce the deformation and ensure the long-life time operation. |
