Production process
Because the process is relatively complex, the addition of zinc element makes the plasticity of it better, and the corrosion resistance of zinc, especially the chemical corrosion resistance is also very good. The hot-dip galvanizing process is to first acid wash it in the acid solution, so as to remove the iron oxide on the surface. After acid washing, the steel pipe shall be cleaned in the aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride or the mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to the hot-dip galvanizing tank.
