6. Mold Flow Analysis
Mold flow analysis refers to the use of data simulation software to complete the simulation of injection molding through the computer and simulate the process of mold injection. Some data results are obtained. Through these results, the mold program is evaluated to improve the mold design program and product design program.
7. Mould Manufacturing Standards
1) Mould external gauge
● Oil cylinder core pulling and ejection must be controlled by travel switch, reliable installation.
● Clamping device must be installed reliably, with locating pin, symmetrical installation, no less than 2 (1 small mold).
2) Ejection reset, Pull core and pick up
● The sliding parts have oil groove (except push rod and push tube), the surface is treated with nitriding, the hardness is HV700.(the large slider is required by the customer).
● Such as oil cylinder core-pulling molding part wall thickness, oil cylinder locking mechanism.
3) General pouring system (excluding hot runner)
● At point gate mold before a small bump, die after a pit should be appropriate.
● There is an extension section at the front of the shunt as a cold material hole.
4) Hot runner system
● Temperature control table to set temperature and real temperature error should be less than + 2 ℃, and the temperature control is sensitive.
● Cavity and hot nozzle installation hole through.
5) Molding parts, parting surface and exhaust slot
● Moving parts such as syringes and push rods that need to be pierced with the front die surface and small insert column with diameter less than 3mm shall be inserted into the front die.
● Each contact surface, penetration surface, parting surface must be developed and matched in place.
6) Packaging
● Spare parts, spare parts wearing parts should be complete and attached details.
● The mold must be packed in film.
