The system can generate machining instructions on its own, supporting multi-level processing from rough machining to medium and precision machining, and assisting inexperienced novices with self-programming machining to maximize machine tool efficiency.



 




Manual Machining Function


 



Manual programming and machining use international programming codes, which are suitable for skilled and advanced-level operators. It has advanced features such as subprogram nesting, compensation parameter replacement, and can flexibly apply existing results and maximize the performance of the machine tool.



The CAM expert system consolidates all machining experience and is suitable for electrical discharge machining of various materials.



It can process materials such as beryllium copper, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, neodymium iron boron, hard alloy, and polycrystalline diamond.



 




Special Configurations


 



The powder mixing processing device adds a certain concentration of fine powder to the processing liquid, which can greatly improve the efficiency of precision machining and obtain a large area and high glossiness mirror surface after precision machining. At the same time, the surface formed by powder mixing processing enhances the strength and anti-corrosion performance of the mold surface, as well as the demoulding effect.



This device consists of two oil tank processing systems, where standard oil tanks are used for rough and medium machining (aiming for accuracy and high glossiness), and the powder oil tank is switched to for precision machining. The powder oil tank can also be used for rough, medium, and precision machining.
