SCR CGIS

 Overview

 SCR pneumatic tank is a new generation of switch equipment, the main switch can either use vacuum circuit breaker and permanent magnetic actuator with spring mechanism of vacuum circuit breaker, FCL by air insulated compartment with the sulfur hexafluoride gas, the combination of both compact and extensible, suitable for distribution automation. Aeration tank has characteristics such as compact structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking, for a variety of applications (especially) conditions, different user requirements can provide satisfactory technical solutions. Sensing technology and the latest protection relay using combined with advanced technical performance and lightweight, flexible assembly plan, can completely meet the needs of different users. Aeration tank is suitable for small power system secondary substations, open and close, box-type substation, small house.

Ambient condition

 a, ambient air temperature: up to 40 ℃, (24h average does not exceed 35 ℃), the lowest -25 ℃;

 b, Altitude: not exceed 3000m (more than 3000m in coordination with the manufacturer);

 c, air humidity: daily average relative humidity less than 95%, the monthly average relative humidity less than 90%;

 d, amplitude induced in the secondary system electromagnetic interference does not exceed 1.6kv.

Features

 a, cabinet structure: inflatable compartment using 3 ~ 5MM thick stainless steel plate, after CNC machining, welding robot welding, welding deformation small, airtight good rest compartment using high-quality cold-rolled steel, the CNC folding after bending welded, with high precision, strength and good; the functional units are independent modules, assembly is very convenient. Each cabinet has a separate sealed compartments relief channels to maximize the protection of personal safety and equipment operation.

 b, applicable standards: GB / 11022-1999 common technical requirements for high-voltage switchgear and control equipment standards; GB / 3906-1991 3 ~ 35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear;

 c, protection class: Inflatable isolation is IP67; low-voltage cabinet is IP4X.
